{"id":3502,"date":"2025-12-26T11:14:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T10:14:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/?p=3502"},"modified":"2025-12-26T11:15:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T10:15:12","slug":"ep1-presentation-du-rov-rinkin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/?p=3502","title":{"rendered":"EP1 : Pr\u00e9sentation du ROV Rinkin"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00c9pisode n\u00b01<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Voici la pr\u00e9sentation d&#8217;un projet R&amp;D en cours chez Mace Robotics, un ROV d&#8217;exploration appel\u00e9 Rinkin.<\/p>\n<p>ROV = (<span class=\"lang-en\" lang=\"en\"><i>remotely operated underwater vehicle<\/i><\/span>)<\/p>\n<p>Ce ROV est un sous-marin Open Source r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec un tube PVC, des turbines et des pi\u00e8ces en impression 3D.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectifs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Projet Open Source (hardware + Software)<\/li>\n<li>Profondeur\u00a0: 10 m maximum pour la version 0.1<\/li>\n<li>Exploration des fonts marin &amp; collecte de donn\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>M\u00e9canique<\/h2>\n<p>Mod\u00e9lisation du ROV avec ces 5 turbines :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3459 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"344\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534.png 942w, http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534-300x203.png 300w, http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534-768x519.png 768w, http:\/\/www.macerobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Capture-decran-2025-10-08-101534-600x405.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 turbines pour avancer et reculer<\/li>\n<li>3 turbines pour la gestion de la profondeur et du tangage<\/li>\n<li>Une camera est install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;avant du ROV (bouchon avant)<\/li>\n<li>A chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du tube PVC, il y a 2 bouchons pour g\u00e9rer l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du tube.<\/li>\n<li>Ces 2 bouchons sont imprim\u00e9s en PETG et peint avec de l\u2019\u00e9poxy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00c9lectronique<\/h2>\n<p>Voici l\u2019architecture \u00e9lectronique du ROV :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un joystick de jeu permet de contr\u00f4ler les mouvements du ROV (avancer, reculer, tangage, plonger, &#8230;). Ce joystick est reli\u00e9 par une liaison USB \u00e0 un PC.<\/li>\n<li>Le PC est reli\u00e9 au ROV via une liaison par fibre optique<\/li>\n<li>La carte Raspberry Pi re\u00e7oit les commandes du PC, envoie les donn\u00e9es vid\u00e9o et g\u00e8re la communication avec le microcontr\u00f4leur Pico.<\/li>\n<li>Une centrale inertielle est reli\u00e9e via un bus i2c \u00e0 la carte Raspberry Pi.
